- You are now looking at the "Registration of the Return". Check the line item box, located to the left, for each item you wish to return.
- Once on the RMA detail page, you will need to select the following information from each drop down menu. You will need to tell us: Quantity (Qty), Reason for return and Resolution Requested (if you would like a refund or replacement order shipped).
- Once you've selected an option from each drop down menu, you can enter additional details in Comments section. click the Return button.
- If your return information meets PetalBeauty.com Return Policy criteria, a confirmation will be emailed with either "Approved" or "Declined" RMA statuses.
- All Returns must include RMA slip, which can be printed by Clicking here. ("Return status" section under your Account Profile sidebox).
- Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form. Return merchandise in "as new" condition by pre-paid mail.
If your claim is approved, you will usually receive your replacement product, credit or refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable.
